i heard that 1 in 3 dont get the forms in time. but thats probably because they delay in applying.

i agree that the IVS would have been a problem due to security.

yeah the majority will vote for bush simply to line their pockets with a 7% pay raise.

Listen, in every unit, there is a billet for Voting. These people have the information so that you as a service member, even overseas, can request and recieve absentee ballots.

They can very well vote.

I did it overseas, and they can too.
