Something I've noticed is that I've never actually met anyone else who participates in scholastic bowl (also known as Quiz Bowl, Academic Bowl and a few other names) outside of a meet or tournament. It's like us scholastic bowl players are mythological creatures. So anyone else here who plays scholastic bowl?

I play out of Illinois and I'm the varsity captain for my high school's team.
