or if there is a shorter oxygen flow to your brain. try to cross your arms as far as possible and hold them there and lock yyour knees in the shower
and bend down as if to pick something up. then take 20-30 deep, quick breaths (or if your fingers start to tingle, stop) then get up and you will
feel really high like u dont know that the heck is going on. it is over in like 10 seconds though, and you cant do it again, sort of like popping
your knuckles, you can only do it once in a while. lol.
