New Trolling Policy Against Rickrolling

Hey JJ, thanks for the blast from the past. I used to love that song! At least until my bartender and assistant manager made it their personal love anthem and played it ten times a night after closing. I think I ended up hiding the disc from them.

It was fun until I clicked on this one..

After it got through playing the little hop around game, it deleted my firefox theme, and completely logged me out of ATS...

I don't know. Old school trolling is supposed to make the other person look stupid for defending something that doesn't matter. The classic is the "James R. Kirk" troll. Simply clicking on a link to a video doesn't show how the clicker is an idiot or anything, so what's the point?

Rick Rolling is getting old, but I can't seem to get enough of that song. Rick Astley has my vote for president.

Rickrolling is so old. It only got like 3x as popular when 4chan claimed it. It's like claiming grass, no one made it but they say it's theirs. lol.

Saw the title and thought wow better read up on what rickroll is,believing I must of missed that class which explained what a troll was years ago and since whenever someone calls someone a troll here I study the post yet it varies from perspective and person,I wasn`t going to miss out on understanding this one.

So I clicked away,at first I was in deep confusion as to what the song and vid had to do with it,I told myself relax it`ll come,I relaxed and found myself rocking in the chair and bobbing my head to the music.

Then through away my concentration in study for the meaning of rickrolled,rolled back the chair and started making movements not unlike John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever

The Missus laughing at me and my dog looking confused.

That's odd. Firefox has always saved me from dealing with unwanted scripts like that. No bouncing pop-ups for me, or deletion of themes.
