If you were gonna form a band what would you call yourselves??

Now as you all know i am a metal fan so i have a few names i considered

Stinking Rectum
Vomit
Infibulation
Antabuse

Only some we used. Off the top of my head...

All Day Eggplant, Anti-Matter Spread, JEB, Kill John Cushing (He's a Punk), Sauce, Slobber, Slaw, So Do My Sisters...

Man there were lots. I'll come back and edit some in. I had logged several at bandnames.com (but the site be gone). :shk:

Having been in bands myself, this IS the hardest thing to come up with...lets see there was Inside Out,Violet Lies,Burst,PUR,Capgun,Bang Chamber 8(ended up becoming The Bloodhound Gang)

I don't know about the band idea, but if I had a record label I'd call it Elechronic Entertainment. We'd specialize in Drum n' Bass, Breaks and various other electronic/dance/trip hop artists.

It was cool when it was them, but they sold out. Paper millionaires for a minute. Then the stock went under. I think they're barflys now. They tour(ed) as Last Man Standing from Atlanta.

Innerlace (my friend came up with it), Saratoga, Sepium, Funkenstaten (just some stupid name we came up with)

What music do you guys play?

a mix of rock and metal, were just starting out at the moment, hopefully we can get stuck into rehearsals and recording in the next 12 months.

Some of the names you mentioned are cool

For your rock metal genre I like TOKEN ENTRY or Enema Epiphony!

T.E. was used shortly a few years ago by a nobody act, but still... it's good.

I'm thinking of a new one now for my punkabilly thang:

The Botherers is the most obviously annoying choice though, hmmm....thinking.

It's for twangy psychedelics like punk country similar to REM and Violent Femmes fusion. But funky.

I was going to be in a band, we were going to call it YoKiHaS, the thing fizzled though, if ever i start/form a band, i will still call it that

yes it has meaning, no it's not a foreign word, no i wont tell you what it means :-P if i ever make a band and become famous i dont want you ruining the joke and publicity stunt that we will use the name to cause hehe
