If you look at current theories of global population reduction (suggested to be 80% reduction) and Chinas '1 child families', you can almost get
away with saying that further laws may never come into place.
Some have suggested that Chinas program is nothing more than a eugenics experiment controlled by certain American companies.
The aids virus and bird flu have been suggested as 'man made' in order to de-populate certain types of the human race.
If the current idea of an 'end game' ever took place, then the elite would not need such laws of birth control as they will have the entire planet
available for re-population.
And what better way to keep your populace seemingly satisfied that they live in a free country when your government can point to China and say 'at
least you have the freedom of choice'.
If this law ever came into practice in any of the other major countries, then we should really start to worry.
I'm sure that the mountains of butter, vast reserves of wine, sugar and chocolate will do nothing to help towards any society. The education we are
given now is failing most countries. More and more are becoming far less educated. Same in the health system. The Uk used to have the best health care
in the world, but now it is nothing more than a failing business with it's hospitals infused with killer viruses.
As with every country, the people are the countries best resource for maintaining the infrastructure. No people = no economy.
The only way to control it in a western society is the same approach as Chinas, through fear, a police state and a dictatorial government.
Which is what we're all heading towards anyway..
In regards to America, would they implement such a law?
I don't think so, especially if the North American union comes into place. A vast majority of Mexicans will move into the USA with the prospect of
well paid work. This will reduce the amount of people in Mexico and leave the land open and able to replenish itself for later further development
towards farming.
