ok everybody im new here i have just discovered i have some abilities most people are too stupid to recognize i have OoBEs and i have a direct synaptic link to my minds eye. everytime i try to move an object with my mind i hurt myself literally. i can handle the pain but in speaking of terms of the brain im neurotic i need to know how to release my energy. how do i create psi balls and how do i release them. if anyone has a newbies guide to this please help or link to a thread i'd love to know whats up.
