You may be correct about the "down the road" thing too, but right now it smells like Bush.

Wether or not one believes that the war is illegal, intentional, etc., I still think it's safe to say that Bush has his hand up the burka.

Ya, you never know.

In 20 years Bush will be a genius or the biggest blunderer in American history. Which way he turns out will rest in the hands of the people he affected in those countries for it is them that will need to want a better world for themselves.

Attempting to classify "war" as legal or illegal is futile and meaningless. War can be considered just or unjust, necessary or unnecessary, warranted or not, but legal/illegal? Come on.
