Very little information here, as only the one card is able to be read. If this is accurate, then the idea that this was indeed a meteor seems likely.

Without a doubt, meteors are seen and reported. This is a good reference as to what a meteor report should look like. The fact that the object seemed to have flames, flared up and died down, did not change direction or speed, and then "went out" are fairly likely in the behavior of all meteors.

Good report for contrasting other UFO reports.

page 1 is a report dated 21 december 1950 in los alamos, new mexico of a brilliant green, very fast moving round object seen for 3 seconds. it appeared from out of nowhere and was first an orangey-yellow colour with a short tail.. it flared up and turned the bright green colour, faded in and out a little and appeared to have a red flame surrounding it. it then disappeared as if it died out. conclusion typed that it was a meteor

pages 2, 3 and 4 are illegible but appear to be the standard questionnaire

Nothing much to this one. Just seems like a standard meteor spotted in Los Alamos, New Mexico in the 50's. The description is fairly standard.

The document is very hard to read. Page one is the only clear page.
