Ok I really have tried to find information on this problem and even to the point have I asked others and even mods.. the question is

Why is it when I send a u2u it states that it has been sent but yet when I go into my outbox it says that it has not?

I have even went back after several hours just in case it was my computer or some how fixed itself.. (I am like that) but I still have messages that state that they have not been sent yet? I raelly am getting frustrated at this.. I asked someone about the flood thing and got a response so I would wait a while before sending but it (the outbox) stilll said that it was not sent? I am really confused at this..

second question:

Is there an easier way to accumilate(sp) points? I would really like to get a background but it seems like the number needed is so unattainable?

if this is the wrong place for this I do apologise.. I did not see a better place for it? if there is one please direct me to it and forgive my impetince(sp) thank you in advance...

oh one more question...

why is it in some threads I get to use the really kool smilies but in others I have to use the lame ones? lol

the extra fun smileys are on BTS...............the rest of the site has the lame ones....

...as time goes on your points accumulate.....I promise.

If a U2U shows in your outbox, it has been "sent". If it shows in "bold", it just hasn't been read by the intended recipient.

With regards to the various Smilies, it depends upon which board you're posting on/to... ATS, BTS, AbovePolitics...

A message is bold or "N" in the outbox if it has not been read yet. If the U2U is listed in the outbox it has been sent.

OHHHH now I get it... yea they were in bold.. so the little N's and Y's are if they were read.. oops then to all who I sent numerous duplicate u2u's too I soooo apologise..lol.. god now they are gonna hate me....

and as for the smilies, how do I know which board I am on? it seems like I am bouncing back and forth and did not even realize it..

You can tell which board your on by the logo at the top of this page ATS, BTS & PTS.

ok so what is a podcast and how does it work? ok I just showed my ignorance but heck in for a penny in for a pound.. did I show my age with that one?

PodCasts are audio files made by the members, and topics are what ever you can think of as long as there with in the T&C.
There are also many music PodCasts that have been made by the members as well.

I created a thread U2U Question in this forum and it disappeared. What happened?

I guess I'll post a question in here I have to retype oh well.

Someone sent me a u2u about two weeks ago. I didn't know about it. I felt something was missing and thought to check for any new u2u. The u2u button is not there above me so I checked my profile. U2U button was there so I clicked on it and there it was - a new u2u.

I went back to my profile and the u2u button disappeared!

My questions is, how will I know when I get a new u2u other than having to keep looking for that u2u button.

Thanks for any help.

I can't find the U2U t&c. Apparently I have used my U2U quota. I just wanted to know how that stays in place? Thank you.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, we do have the new U2U system on the boards now there is no quota, in place of that U2U are deleted after a certain amount of day. The T&C is infect with U2U as always?
