War on Terroisim vs. United States Civil War

We have been talking for a while now about a U.S. civil war breaking out. But do the terroists not mean the same thing. On one side we have the government and the genral public, on the other we have the smaller minority like many people here who question the tactics of this govrnment such as the patriot act. These tools of the govrnment have a wide spectrum of targets and are used agianst the smaller minority.
Could we not be battling it out in a modren day civil war?? Could the future of this country depend on the outcome of our next election

If this race didnt have such a cowardice approce to war we would be a lot better off

People start wars but they arnt prepared to fully finish them

If your not prepared to desimate your enemy and their allies then dont war at all otherwise your just promoting it
