Moon Hysteria - Countries planning Moon missions

It seems that recently we have heard that so many nations are going to the moon, with probes, and maned missions planned. Here is a list of the countries / space agencies going to the Moon now :

NASA - Obviously returning (Planmning Moon Base)
ESA - Smart 1 source
JAXA - Kaguya
Russian Space agency - source

South Korea Now! source

If you know of any more, please add them to the list...as this is getting extreamely interesting why so many countries are heading to the moon....Why ?

And if there are so many cover-ups up there, it will be hard for NASA/ESA to cover up all these countries images/videos.

they all want to secure the huge amounts of H3 that could be extracted from the moon.
Helium 3 could be the solution to all fusion fuel "problems" in the future.
