While there is no real information here for the researcher, it is interesting to note that the CIA was interested in UFOs enough to question Soviet scientists about them in contacts made in 1967.

It is also noteworthy that two of the three thought they were not reported because they lacked scientific observation, even though Soviet era newspapers were prone to publishing almost anything without real proof. This makes one wonder if there was a "lid" put on this type of reporting by some officials.

The single document appears to be part of a longer one that will hopefully come to light at some point.

i would agree that there is definately more pages to this report as it just stops mid-sentence. two handwritten '5's are visible in the bottom right hand of the page, one ringed so presumably this could be page 5 of however many are missing. however, the top of the page has a handwritten '2' for number of pages so unless the rest turn up one day then there's no way of knowing how many pages this report totalled. there are also a lot of handwritten letters and 1 number in brackets all over the page (b, i, c and 3)

there are several small blanked out areas which appear to have had tape put over them and what i find odd is that most don't appear to be censoring anything at all and i wonder why there are there in the first place.

I don't think that is tape. This is just a guess, but it could be rectangular holes punched into the paper that could be read by a punch card reader. At the bottom it looks like some kind of attachment to be read by a computer, and could have been added later at some point.
