November 13, 2007 – Destin, Florida

It seems as if an upcoming movie produced by a physician and former Air Force flyer is creating quite a stir. The movie “the PARALYZING AGENT” changed its title from “the Emerald coasT project…” after the director was questioned by certain officials about usage of the title and what he was disclosing in his movie. The screenwriter & director, Gene Greenlees, M.D., is a practicing anesthesiologist in Florida and is originally from Austin, Texas. At this time he would not comment about the title change, but said, “Sometimes things happen for reasons beyond your control.” He also let it slip that he would not pull any scenes that he had already shot for the movie, because, “I’m not about to be censored.”

Sources say that the original title, “the Emerald coasT project…”, had an embedded code that was not supposed to be viewed by civilian personnel without security clearance. It is now being said that he changed the title under pressure when a story about the movie ran in the Indianola, Mississippi newspaper, The Enterprise-Tocsin, in late 2006, and after he was interviewed by the Northwest Florida Daily News for a story in February of 2007. He and his wife also appeared on local TV shows in both Greenville, Mississippi (WABG) and Panama City, Florida (WPGX). On February 1, 2007, the couple was surprised when their one minute movie trailer abruptly ended 15 seconds short while on the air at WPGX. Although Dr. Greenlees has changed the title of the movie, there is another cryptic code in the new title logo. The old website, www.EmeraldCoastProject.com still exists, but that site now directs you to the new website, www.Paralyzing.net.

Dr. Greenlees resides in an area of the Florida Panhandle known as a UFO hotspot, on which he probably based his screenplay. The nearby town of Gulf Breeze, Florida, was constantly under scrutiny in the late 1980s when Ed Walters, a local building contractor, took some of the best UFO pictures ever. This month marks the 20th anniversary of the event. However, after Walters moved out of his home, a UFO model was found in his attic under some insulation. Skeptics from both sides went into a frenzy. The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) denounced all of Walters’ photos, but others thought this model had to have been planted to discredit Walters. Why would someone go to all of the trouble to fake UFO pictures, and then store the model where it would certainly be found?

What people that don’t live in the Florida Panhandle (AKA the Emerald Coast) don’t know is that the Panhandle is a night flying Mecca. This area has one of the highest densities of military night flying activity in the entire world, with one of the largest restricted (flying) air spaces in the US. Eglin AFB (one of the biggest military reservations in the world), Hurlburt field (home of night flying special operations), Duke Field, Tyndall AFB, and Pensacola NAS (home of the Blue Angels) are all in close proximity. Just around the bend near Tampa, is MacDill AFB. This base is supposedly where Jackie Gleason, famous TV comedian and friend of Richard Nixon, was taken to see the wreckage and the alien bodies that allegedly were recovered at a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico, in July of 1947.

According to unnamed sources, Dr. Greenlees’ screenplay and movie are based loosely on some of the findings from Roswell in 1947. One source also said that some of the patients he may have treated while he was in the Air Force could have revealed certain classified findings that pertain to UFOs, alien abductions, and extra-terrestrial beings. The timing is interesting since it comes on the heels of the National Press Club’s discussion of UFOs on Monday, November 12. Fourteen former high ranking military and government officials from 7 countries convened in Washington, D.C, to confess that they have seen flying objects that neither they, nor any government could explain. Because of the threat to national security, while in office almost all of them were censored to alter their true feelings about what they had seen. In response to the Freedom of Information Act and public requests, the Clinton Library last week also announced that it would release official UFO information collected during the Clinton years. Notably, 2007 marks the 60th anniversary of the Roswell incident.

Dr. Greenlees is planning to release his movie in early 2008 with his new title. According to the movie website, he is applying for premier status at the most famous film festival in the US, Sundance. Afterwards, he plans showings at other film festivals throughout the world. Since he cannot show his movie before being accepted to a major film festival, we will all have to wait to see if he will reveal secrets that the government does not want you to know about aliens, UFOs, and abductions. In the meantime, we are still trying to figure out why he ended his original title in such an unprecedented way, with three dots…
