Dennis Kucinich was the butt of jokes recently when he said he had seen a UFO.

They forget that former President Ronald Reagan and former President Jimmy Carter are among those who have admitted they have seen unexplained objects in the sky. And former Arizona Gov. Fife Symington was among hundreds who saw huge lights cross the sky near Phoenix in 1997.

Most of these UFOs can be explained. But as one of the panelists at the conference said, about 5 percent of them can't be explained.

Governors, Presidents, and all kinds of military and public people witness and report UFOs. They are laughed off, but once someone has seen one up close and 'personal', they think differently about the UFO phenomena.

For yourself actually seeing and experiencing something first hand is the key to break your skepticism on the topic. You couldn't [or wouldn't] understand such a event even if other people believed in it deeply. This is an example of what happened to Arizona ex-governor Fife Symington. He ridiculed at first, but became a believer lastly.
