When do you believe the world will go to war over oil? Since Opec drives the world oil prices and the world depends on oil it will mean WAR! Will the US side with China and Russia to form an alliance for the oil? Will our neutron bombs be the main weapons in saving the oil fields? If we do go to war will we be rationed gas just like WWII? What will trigger the war $5.00 gas, $6.00?

You don't think we are already in the early stages of it? I don't think that the US will be on the same side as Russia and China. Russia and China are already making it pretty obvious that they do not want the US to be taking control of any more oil in the middle east.

Oil war for what ? Are you a capitalist or communist ?

If you believe in respecting other's people property then you should know that if the oil is in Iraq it means it belongs to the Iraqis and they can do whatever they want with it , even stop producing if they like to. Why should they care that you cannot live without oil ?

Maybe you want "world peace, sharing and happy living" ? Of course, in case of OIL everybody is a COMMUNIST and wants to SHARE

Russia also boasts its oil storage, so Russia is not supposed to joinning the invader side. LOL.

China will never resort to war for oil. Its culture decides this.

The oil war has begun in Iraq already!

We will have military bases in the Middle East till we pump them dry!

We are expanding our strategic reserve to 1 billion barrels and not drilling in ANWAR leaves us with another 5 billion reserve (conservative number).

I believe our aim is to pump the cheap stuff from the other guys and hold on to our reserves until we need them! IMHO!

You are only seeing the tip of the iceberg =). When there oil is gone they are just a poor dry desert nation. They should make sure to keep that camel population healthy.

i think the oil is just a extra , the territory control is much important , for example with the control of Afghanistan's Northern frontier that will permit the coalition to conquer more easily iran , i think the oil and nuclear crysis drama is just BS that will permit to conquer the few oposing countries to the nwo , of course this oil crysis and wars are making a lot of people happy(capitalists)

OPEC does not control the price of oil any more than individual countries do and if you wish to find a scapegoat check out the activities on the NYMEX...

Will the US side with China and Russia to form an alliance for the oil?

Russia and China have relatively officially been allied to undermine American hegemony for a few decades now and that's certainly what i believe we have observed happening with the decline of the US and the rise of China and the reorganization in Russia.

Will our neutron bombs be the main weapons in saving the oil fields?

There are far too much oil and the wars of the last two or three decades have in many respects been to control the supply and ensure far higher prices than would otherwise have become the norm. Even accounting for inflation a barrel of oil should still not be selling for more than 15 USD and anything more than that is showing a good profit. The main 'weapons' of the next war will obviously be information/networking war with the physical incarnations of that struggle being direct energy weapons and whatever nuclear weapons can be delivered without interdiction by such.

If we do go to war will we be rationed gas just like WWII? What will trigger the war $5.00 gas, $6.00?

Hot the wars are being triggered so that gas prices will have to go up; you have it backwards...

Stellar
