Errr... Which part of this very well known theorem is lost or kept secret?

Pythagoras triangle is teached on school (For example 3:4:5 triangle)
But you do not learn that Egypt measurements are derived from above.
For example numbers: 480, 400, 320, 180, 144 for cubit measurement.

Why are the Egyptian measurements not teached to us ?

That is akin to me saying, why, here in the America's, are we not taught the Metric system? The answer is simple: That's not what we use, so what purpose does it serve?

This is something that exists in nature; Pythagoras and Euclid (Proposition 47) merely represented this mathematically. The Chinese also discovered it before Pythagoras, and its not surprising that the Egyptians did as well.
