Archivist's Notes: Record of sighting from April 1949 where multiple civilian witnesses watched a group of silvery white objects flying in formation in Springer, New Mexico. These were followed by several other groups. None were visible for more than a few seconds.
Most pages are illegible due to poor quality of document, however part of it can be read to say '...I, for one, am ready to believe the story of the 'flying saucers' which up to now I have not...'

This document is a sighting four miles north of Springer, New Mexico.

This document is very poor. More than 80% is poorly copied and unintelligible.

At 6.30am on the 25th of April 1949 it seems a group of people witnessed a cluster of silvery white objects. A noise, which sounded like a group of ducks, alerted the witnesses to the cluster.

The cluster of strange objects seemed to be in a formation. One witness has drawn a sketch of the formation, but the description is unreadable. Although the sketch does seem to rule out any possibility that the formation was ducks.

The formation was approx at 30,000 feet and travelling at supersonic speed.

The two witnessed in the report were a Philip N. Abran and another name that seems to be a Roland Cleg, although the photocopy is poor.

The whole document unfortunately seems very vague due to the clarity and quality of the photocopying.
