I can't stop watching your avatar, that has got to be the funniest thing I ever saw...

I can't wait for the FOIA section. I wish I could help but I suck at reading anything in length, I fall asleep. Better left to those who can contribute fully I say. But I am rutt'n in the side wings, k.

I have time available for this, I really would love to help. Sadly, i have no archiving experience. But we all have to start somewhere right? I'd be in this for the long term as well.

I'm there. Count me in.

I've read a few docs here and there and know where to look for other sources that might match. Clifford Stone has made a career requesting from the FOIA because he knows what to ask for.

Sounds like fun.

If you'd like to volunteer for what will undoubtedly be a long-term and satisfying project, please contact myself or Springer via U2U. Include any experience you've had with FOIA documents, archiving, or related projects. And those who are selected will get a nifty "ATS Archivist" badge in their profile.

I don't have much time on my hands for an extra project

But I can't wait to see whats been uncovered by all who has
worked on it.

Believe me if I had the time I would.

I would be more than interested (in fact i'm jumping up and down right now in anticipation) in helping!

I've worked as a collections assistant in a city museum for over 3 years now, so i have a bit of experiance in the area of archiving and such.

A sample is here:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
And it's an amazing sample.

We have 229 documents converted to PDF and waiting for database entries as we speak... and this is just about 1% of the entire collection.

I don't have any experience really with archiving or the FOIA documents.. but what i do have is a fairly good amount of free time.... so, if you need an extra person, I am willing to hear what it entails.

Same for me, however I would love to help you guys out. I am always up for giving a helping hand to the community. So COUNT ME IN!
