This is in my opinion one of the worst problems with our world today. I wish the term "religion" in the Constitution was used much more loosely to include ALL beliefs and not just ones which include a higher power (with a couple of exceptions).
People make laws about adultery, prostitution, gambling, buying alchohol on Sundays, selling cars on Sundays, and several others I don't care to think of right now, based on THEIR beliefs with no regard of others' beliefs.
To me it's MORE immoral to do this than it is to let (for example) 2 consenting people have sex for a few bucks, or let someone put THEIR money on the line for a chance to win more.
Sorry, rant over. Does anyone else have any opinions on this matter?

You don't understand the Constitution. It forbids the FEDERAL government from making laws in regards to an establishment of religion. It forbids any government interference with religion in any way (though lately it seems bent on prohibiting/destroying religion).
No one is forcing any beliefs on you. The other post points out that prostitution leads to sex-slavery, human sex-slave trafficking; gambling attracts organized crime, et cetera. They are correct.
Your logic, however, is flawed. Hit the books and learn how to think rationally. A good place to start is Thomas Paine's books, " Common Sense", "The Rights of Man", and "The Age of Reason".
