Man admits 21 July bombing charge

A man accused of being the fifth 21 July London bomber has admitted conspiracy to cause explosions.

Earlier this year, Manfo Kwaku Asiedu went on trial accused of conspiracy to murder. That charge has been dropped.

Asiedu, 34, who is also known as Sumaila Abu Bakari, faces a maximum life sentence for the charge.

This was the one who told courts at an earlier trial that the bombs were not fakes, as his cohorts stated, but very real devices. He may not be a very bad guy but he is still very dumb to get involved in the first place. And then to leave a bomb in a park?
At least anonymously tell someone about it. It's all well and good finding your voice and conscience years later but if those bombs weren't such a cock-up he could have been responsible for multiple deaths where he just dumped it.
