Either way, it is a pretty interesting video.

After watching the videos again, all it looks like is someone sitting in the chair and swirling it left and right. The grain looks artificial, meaning the camera might have a grain filter on it, as well as a black and white filter.

Watch the video again and you will see the big black blotch in the second video has the same size and shape as the chair from the first video.

I don't necessarily think you are hoaxing, but maybe your active imagination wants you to see something where there is nothing. To me it is very likely that you recorded these videos yourself. A year ago is a very long time... I can't always remember what I did yesterday. You've stated before that you are not home during this time of day... Do you work? Could you provide proof (an alabi if you will) that you were not home at this time? If not then I don't think any one can take you that serious. You've been on record at this site showing interest in the phenoms of "seeing" ghosts/entities in static etc... This falls in too close with your hobies...
Why two videos?
It seems that the intent of the first video is to show that yes this happened in my house, and yes that is my computer chair...
This takes away from any meaning the second video may contain, because the second video (supposedly containing attempted contact) is the main message. Why would any being, human or not, need to put a geographical context on their message?
The only logical explanation is that either you, or some other person trying to scare you, wanted the videos to specifically point to you (or your house or room). This makes the subject of the videos more about you...
Sorry for the fuzzy logic, but can you follow what I'm saying?

If you prove it, then start looking into freinds / ex-friends who might want to prank you...

Oh my you are correct! I was just browsing the contents of my C drive and what did i find but a big ole stash of adult videos. Now i live alone, so no reason do i have to be looking at those things. Also i don't download that stuff. Porn stars must have infiltrated my house and those sickos planted disgusting videos on my computer. I know this is true because mysteriously there is a bottle of KY next to the keyboard. I had it dusted for prints and am awaiting the results.
This is a mad conspiracy. I feel violated and a little bit scared.

No, I didn't save those files in that C directory nor did I save that PSP and myDVD document in that directory either. I don't know how they got there and like I said, I save all of my files in My Documents. So please do not accuse me of lying and I think that's very rude of you to do that.

yeah i found the webcam setting strange aswell, face tracking on two people? It makes sense when you think that it looks like 2 women in the 2nd video.
