Most Israelis believe government corrupt, poll shows

Sderot Conference for Social and Economic Policy reveals its annual corruption survey. Poll indicates 69% of Israelis believe politics, government are corrupt.

The survey, conducted by the Maagar Mohot Institute, spanned 551 participants, who were presented with various questions regarding the performance of public officials in Israel in 2007.

While I don't doubt that Israelis believe their government is corrupt, I do have to question a survey that consists of 551 people in a country of 7150000. Not sure if .000007% of the population is enough to make it legitimate.

That's sorta how polls are run though, a "sample population" -- I hear your point but this isn't an 'election' (as rigged as those are these days), it's just a poll.

My concern is what parts of the country where the people selected from, all over or specific areas? Then, you could gauge how 'accurate' it is....
