This has probably already been asked. I seem to have bad luck when it comes to asking questions on BB&Q.

Anyways..

Has ATS management ever thought about creating a section for members to post a compilation of facts, history, government, culture, etc about a country, and each country, or at least the major countries, have their own file like that?

I noticed the US has one in the U.S. Politics section. I just think it'd be a good idea to have one for other nations, and have a central place to post them, rather than posting them all over the place.

I don't know if this would fit, but what about creating a TinWiki page for a country.

Just a thought......

You don't need to act like I'm a dumbass because I asked a question.

I don't see anything wrong with what I proposed.

why don't you just create a thread which includes all that encyclopedic data, along with those personal anecdotes about those experiences or the ideologies/tolerence of the unique societies thereabouts...

you could probably use the 20 Plus States that are serious about
"Secession" from the Union / Federal Government
as the first entries, as members/individuals create a thread representing their State.
