when some people post
they always type a sig at the bottom of their replies

an example shatterd (apoligies for using you as an example)

Shatterd out
or Becker and so on

why not use the Signiture strip at the bottom?
and save the 1-3 sec taken to type the extra line

i've always asked myself the same question, bordul

I hazard to guess it's a habit because people are used to signing their names to things they write to other people, i.e., letters, email, etc.

Just an idiosyncracy, or perhaps a quirk.

Don't be a sig Nazi, bodrul.
