Which is fine if you can afford paying much more for your shopping.
Which I cant.
I dont take medication, I argued for years it wouldnt work for me as my depression stems from physical situations that I have to deal with that run me
down.
I'd like to find a tablet that doesn't make me feel physically sick, tired to the point I cant be bothered moving and tons of other side effects, oh
and one that actually works as claimed instead of masking the problem by zombifying me or isnt yet another placebo.
I told my doctor straight that tablets where a cop out and I tried all the different tablets that they prescribed me each contradicting what the last
did.
I don't know how a doctor through a 2 minute conversation after years of guess work still persist to sit there and with no tests at all tell me still
that I have 'a chemical imbalance in my brain'.
[sidenote]Oh and screw scientologists, your cult stole that argument for selfish gain and know nothing about psychiatry. Cant wait until you do a
heavens gate.[/sidenote]
So where was I, ah yes, I cant afford all this organic food stuff and if I could i'm pretty sure 80% of my depression would vanish, not from the food
but because I must be pretty much out of money worries.

But seriously, many of us turn to the internet for health info because we don't want to take drugs
for our condition, we wonder if it might be diet/lifestyle related and the current allopathic system tends to treat symptoms more than it cures
patients (& don't forget about covering their behinds from liability! Ahhhh lawyers...what would we do without 'em?)
