Curious features in the Mars Rovers photos???!!!

Just a comment that the Mars pictures seem to be very much like the recent war in Iraq. Everyone (with the media) got to be in the war. And with the Mars photos...everyone is trying to find that "discovery" and be a scientist.

I am not trying to hamper anyone or "bash" anyone by saying this. Just offering an opinion.

But I wonder, why spend time analyzing every pixel? Every day I see posts about people finding "artifacts", "ufos", "alien creatures", etc, etc. Every single time I see a photo, all I see are rocks, dust, more rocks, and more dust. There are lens flares, bad lighting, and under/over exposures. In 99% of what I see...people seem to see what they want. I find it hard to believe when someone says "hey, look a building with a pool and they have christmas lights on the structure and a skylight in the top" and then you look and see a square rock or blob.

Just had to add my two pennies.

Keep looking if you must, but I have yet to see anything close to a smoking gun.
In fact, I have never seen the smoke or the gun in a single photo.

We could solve everything if we just went to Mars but that would probably take some time using civilian technology.

This "horned" thing by no means is just a dust particle or an over zoomed in rock.

This is legit, real thing, that cast shadows and is, was about 3 maybe 4 inches in length maybe up to 6 inches

actually zedd, those are pretty interesting anomalies you have found. might be worth a further investigation.

btw, does anyone know why do don't have any that many color pics? seems all the new stuff is in b/w only.

I see "apparently" the following:

On the Rt. hand side, there is what looks like
a silvery metal roof building and then a hidden
silvery disc off to the left hand side of that
object also that is half hidden in the natural
terrain. U need to magnify as always.
The best photo imagers for this will gradually
and slowly magnify in small steps which is the
type I have. I can go through 15-20 steps in
magnification.Many prgms only give you 4 steps.

anyway, go take a look. I have no links yet but

attacking individuals without proving the evidence
is "wrong" does not cut it with me and my lawyers.

there are more objects up there that appear to have
a silvery surface, metallic- looking. It is not just sand
reflecting sunlight.

there is actually more "clear" evidence coming from the ESA
photos since some suspect there may be a manipulation
coverup of the photos from nasa.(maybe)
that last frame is unusually "blurry", too blurry for
a several hundred million dollar instrument.

all of these are "landscape type" scenes that look out to
a horizon. they are from Spirit, mostly Pan cams or
Navigation cams.

As far as the 'frame numbers' you have been told many times that these are not 'frame numbers' and that you need to give entire filenames. Or even just links to the image, something every other member of the board seems to be able to do.

nobody here is interested in the truth, anyway.

since the 1950's. I am a Doctoral student currently.I've
attended the best Universities on the planet Earth.

I am not the "authority on Mars or photography",but I
don't have to be either. I see evidence of "structure" on Mars.

There are others that see "structure" on Mars also,
so I am not totally alone.

on their own if they bother to look.

So far we have seen artifacts from JPEG compression, a few rocks, and the Backplate/Parachute from Opportunity...

If you are making such outlandish claims it is up to you to give the associated links. To do otherwise makes it look like you really don't want people to see the images you refer to. Perhaps due to worry they won't see the same?

That's not a credential. Credentials are third-party-verifiable facts, not outlandish claims with nothing to back them up.
