GAINESVILLE, Florida - University of Florida police were justified when they used a Taser against a student who refused to stop questioning Senator John Kerry at a campus event, according to a state investigation released Wednesday.

A 17-page executive summary of the 300-page Florida Department of Law Enforcement report was released by the University of Florida after some questioned the use of force against student Andrew Meyer.

What is almost even more amazing is the two versions for why this student was "taken down" being reported in the same article. One says for reusing to stop questioning Kerry and the other reason says he simply refused to leave the microphone. See the video for yourself and you tell me if he refused anything other than being manhandled.

I probably shouldnt be surprised, cops basically get away with whatever they want, aside from being caught on camera admitting that they will plant evidence.
