I was combing YouTube, and came across this reptilian video:

www.youtube.com...

Now, usually, I'm not very convinced by these kinds of videos, and most of the video was the usual "look at the eyes!!" stuff. But there was one part of it that caught my attention. Check out the video from 0:07 to 0:15; what do you make of this? It doesn't look like any kind of pixelation[spelling?] I've seen before; but I'm hardly an expert and I suppose it's possible it could be extreme pixelation. Maybe it's a clip from a TV show or something(it does remind me of something Doctor Who would have)?

Don't look for a real discussion here on Reptilians, they can't handle it.

Have you seen this?

Yes, because these are totally uncompressed raw pieces of footage.

Oops, I've made a mistake here, I should not have posted this reply, I'm very sorry MODs. To correct it I'll contribute:
This video has already been posted and it is an encoding/decoding issue. I'm a specialist in signal processing and I've already posted this. Thread closed?

Let me say , I am on your side. Much like I am on the side of those trying to educate people about E.T.'s in general,... But when you put forth such FLIMSY evidence, it does NOT help the cause...

Show some UNCOMPRESSED video at least...
