Well I always try to take the biased way that a video is shot in consideration, yet as these police officers approach, I don't see any reason for their actions. But I guess others will see it otherwise.

They know they can do whatever they want, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

You know how you act when you see gangs? Maybe take another route to avoid them? I think you should start doing that with cops too these days.

LOL yes, you know nothing about the context of this video. Kind of hard to make a judgement
BTW MAce isn't pepper spray. Did you use that heading to try and make it more inflammatory ?
