Foldable computer screens are soon going to be mass produced by the Dutch owned firm Phillip Electronics. Among other features you will be able to download newspapers, books, magazines and more.

Some sf movies you see screens coming out of pencil. and when finished reading or having a video phone call the screen rolls back in to its base. now its coming to reality.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch firm Philips Electronics said on Monday it was preparing to mass-produce a slim, book-sized display panel onto which consumers could download newspapers and magazines -- then roll up and put away.

Yeah, those new displays are really gonna be cool, especially if they were hooked up to a system running Gestures for Windows, which lets you move items with you hand simliar to Minority Report. If that tickles your tech fancy, check out Project Looking Glass Toss the three technologies together and you would have a very fun system to use
