I would like to make clear that many people use the word UFO and alien interchangeably as if they are both the same thing. They are not. I do not believe aliens exist and that all UFOs are manmade. There is simply no credible physical evidence of the existence of such. As validity on the claim of UFOs as a manmade objects consider the following:what if only you had been shown or had accidently seen the stealth fighter before its existence was publicly revealed. What would you do. Would u regard it as alien in origin. Mistakes are easy to make.
