Getting Blocked From Websites Again

Why is it that certain websites I frequent get totally blocked from me? Case in point, VOX... I posted in my blog something conspiracy related and not two days later, BOOM I couldn't log onto the site. I've even asked my other on line friends if they have trouble logging on to the site and say nope no problems here. Either its my crappy ISP or SOMEONE doesn't want me on certain websites...

Really getting annoying actually.
