I will try and walk this back down the path of the original intent.
First I am not a felon, so this is not me upset about some personal loss of rights, although that should not matter.
This is not an issue of weather he had the guns, or if that is illegal. To see it just as one case misses the forest. This is a question of first
should all people who are free be allowed to have rights, and should targeted justice be allowed.
Felons are not allowed to
vote or own guns. Even after being released and off parole. At least 3.3% of the current population has no voting
rights, and it is actually much higher since for the rest of their lives felons are stripped of constitutional rights.
Felons can not protect themselves by owning a weapon. This goes against our constitution, once they have served their time, they should regain rights
as citizens.
Now you might think it is crazy to want to give felons rights, but think of it this way, the state decides who a felon is. So this allows for
disenfranchisement of the population. Our forefathers knew the state would lead to corruption, and that an educated, and even armed population was a
deterrent against this. This is not an issue of murderers having guns, this is an issue of people arrested for non violent drug crimes being removed
from the role our fore founders wanted them in. A voting population, and one that can protect the citizenry.

Currently, there are approximately 6.6 million people in the U.S. correctional system. This means that one of every 32 adults are either behind
bars or on probation.
And many millions more have convictions from years ago that still take away constitutional rights.
This is a issue of rights, and what it means to have a free society, buck up and handle the risk of a few bad apples possibly getting guns, that is
the bravery required to have freedom. Will we see more groups that are those that might first resist tyranny for all our protection be all marked as
felons? War protesters? Draft dodgers? The state chose who can own a gun, or even who can vote. Will protesters someday lose there right to vote,
lose there right to protect there family?
From the search warrant issued, the 'machine guns' are legal weapons many people have.(although silencers are not) It is TI past felony conviction
on non violent drug charges that singles him out for this being illegal.

The U/C told the CW(bodyguard) that the firearms were not legal to possess without the proper paperwork because they had to be registered
then this occurred
Following the transfer of the machine guns from the U/C(undercover) to the CW(bodyguard), the CW was arrested. After his arrest, the CW agreed to
speak with agents. During this and subsequent interviews with the CW, the CW told agents the following. ...(snip)...The CW said he was buying the
machine guns for CLIFFORD HARRIS, aka"T.l."
Can any of you agree that part of the conversation with the bodyguard went something like this. "We don't want you, just help us bust TI and we will
go easy on you" Targeted justice.
Many people have gun collections, There were many people living at the house, guns could have been other peoples weapons.
So my next point, is why is the media saying they are his guns. He could have given the bodyguard a loan, body guard goes to get guns for his own
profit, then gets caught and makes a deal.
The current world of Law and order TV has everyone thinking they are out there just solving crimes, they are also maintaining an agenda.
