I must be the worst "Google Scholar" our thier!
I cant seem to find much on Constantine.

My question is, wether or not members truely believe that the "Deed of Constantine" would eventualy be the downfall of the catholic church?

I dont know much about it, just things I have overheard here and thier. So please correct me if im wrong.

Cheers, Deep!

The deed of constantine or the Donation of Constantine which I think is a more correct word is a document which is such a badly drawn forgery that even the Church itself admits it is a forged document. It's importance has been disputed, but there should be no doubt that the document has indeed played an important role in boosting the power of the Roman Church/Curia.
