But if bullying is part of human nature, it's certainly not a good part. Nishina and colleagues found that more than half the children in their study of Los Angeles adolescents experienced bullying in middle school. Those kids were also sicker, more depressed and anxious, felt lousy about themselves and pretty much hated school.


This is a pretty cool article that shows the ties of social rank between Humans and Primates. I think that everyone can relate to this article in some form or another. Although I didn't see anything mentioned about the Primate Bully being extremely insecure and frightened on the inside.

Actually, I thought psychological research had proved that bullies were in fact quite self-confident.

Probably, I just felt like generalizing the idea based on personal dealings for the sake of humor. Sorry that distracts the message of the post. Although I never said I was dealing with the majority when I implied personal humor. It's a mystery.
