I was merely making the observation that the TAC is vague in a couple of places. I'm trying to prevent someone from coming out later complaining because they get spam in their U2U box that they don't want.

Again though, I LOVE the U2Us I get, especially from the Big 3. I don't care if it's just spam from them, as anything from them is like mana from heaven. (Okay, I'm not kissing any tail here, just so ya know, ). I'm just concerned about being completely set on the front end, in the hopes that we can prevent any types of problems later as a result of lack of clarification.
