and Russia came to some kind of partial agreement about joint US-Russia ballistic missile defense in Azerbaijan. That is what this Moon allegory is

Furthermore, Russians have announced their their withdrawal from
Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.
But since Condi went to Moscow, this should be a very important meeting. Makes me wonder - what else will they discuss there?
