I'm not terribly worried about RAND, it is an academic thinktank and nothing more. Anyone is free to accept or reject their findings, which must
stand and fall on their own merits just like any other sort of claim.

take a look at a few of the members before you jump to that conclusion. I tried to be pretty balanced in the article. I've heard them mentioned in
conspiracy theories enough that it seems like an article isn't out of the question.
