Kudos to the Chinese Government for doing what a Government should.

Shame on you US Government. Remember Katrina and the many others. Oh the help is there AFTER the disaster, good money to be made then...

There were no reported deaths in China from Krosa.

I recall after Katrina some broadcaster said something like: the difference between Bush's response to Katrina and a foreign disaster is that a third world dictator would have responded better. Not that China is third world, but it just goes to show what a government can do if it actually tries.
