I haven't seen this on here anywhere yet, and it seems worse than the cop punching a girl for biting him.

It's at the end of the video. Guy gets pepper sprayed and then arrested for no apparent reason.

i don't know man that's kind of weird. i saw a video on ebaumsworld.com the other day that was a cop pepper spraying a fifteen year old while she was in hand cuffs, but then again she bit him.
