Breaks

Now I don't know if many of you have heard of this particular genre of dance music but its basically beats that hover around 140-145 beats per minute and are counted by the snare instead of the bass kick.

It originated in Florida (and Atlanta) with the likes of AK1200, Rabbit in the Moon and Icey. My particularly favorite breaks artists are Hybrid and I was going to ask any of ya'll out there if you've got any particular breaks that you would recommend. I'm into anything from the New Zealand styles of Bittercell and Freq. Nasty all the way to the UK styles of Aquasky. US big beats and jump up styles like Baby Anne don't really strike my fancy anymore.
