not supriseing in the least. i watched a show on the history channel a few years back that showed ways the cia killed people. some pretty crazy stuf that would make this look like childs play..

Which is more interesting:

1. That the US considered using radioactive toxins 60 years ago; or

2. That the Russians actually killed someone with a radioactive toxin this year?
