Saw a picture of a stealth type plane with forward swept wings. Hinged back by horizontal stab LE and able to pivot forward until they formed a slender delta shape. Anyone ID this plane is it a real concept or fantasy?

I believe you're speaking of the Switchblade. The aircraft was a concept as far as I know, and never progressed any farther because it just wasn't feasible.

The Switchblade name was never official but the design was genuine but never produced as far as anyone knows. If you saw a picture it might well have been the completely fictional 'F/A-37 Talon' which was based on the 'switchyblade' concept and built as a movie prop for 'Stealth' which came out a couple of years ago (and is a pathetically bad movie btw
)

That's it 'F/A-37 Talon' switchblade. Now I remember the movie . . . yes it was baaaaaaad! I like the design, you know they always say it wouldn't work so it can go black and then no other country will pursue similar concepts.
