Nothing about who was considered a target for this type of attack but based on the assasination of Alexander Litvinenko, it would work fairly well. I would bet good money that Castro would have been a prefered target among others.

Not too surprising really. I was watching Modern Marvels the other night and they were discussing the "weird" weapons of the Axis. The Germans had conceptualized the idea of a low earth orbit aircraft the would drop a bomb that had a radioactive "blanket" like material inside that would explode over a city and basically disperse said radioactive materials over the entire area. This was in what? The early 40's?
