Pts system - Purchasing Question

When you purchase a feature for you avatars on the side for example to change the background image of for 500 pts or something like that.

Lets say I pay that and change the background, then later I want to change it to somethinge else, does it cost 500 again, or does the 500 cover a lifetime of uses and changes.

You have to pay each time you change your background image. Changing your avatar is free.
