CONCORD, N.H. - A couple convicted of tax evasion who threatened violence if authorities approached them were arrested peacefully at their rural Plainfield home after holing up at the fortress-like compound for months, U.S. Marshals said.

There has been a lot of debate over if income tax is legal or not in the US, under law or the constitution or whatnot. From what I've read, the consensus is, it is legal.

So technically, they did break the law.
Im just glad it ended peacefully and another waco incident was averted.

This is far from over...

Keep a keen eye open to see what continues to unfold.

Elaborate specifically what you have found which makes this so.

The 16th amendment doesn't, nor does title 26 or the related regulations, this is coming from someone who who spent many many many 12 hour days researching and trying to prove they were breaking the law, (not just some blind supporter) I'm still researching it albeit not putting that much time into it, but still researching none the less any time I think iI may have found something which makes them liable, I've yet to come to the conclusion that either they or the majority of Americans, are liable to pay the federal income tax
