ENTERTAINMENT - Captain Kangaroo died !

(CNN) -- Television's Captain Kangaroo, Bob Keeshan, died Friday morning in Vermont, a family friend told CNN. He was 76.

I remember watching this show all the time as a youngster, It was great, even better after seeing a few episodes as and adult !

It was that sneaky moose of his that did it I'll bet.
They ought to investigate that one.
He was mighty jealous of the little rabbit.

Sorry for the bit of levity, but the Cap'n would have thought it was funny.... Wow, Mr. Rogers, and now the Captain.... I weep for our children now that these icons are gone....

Man, I can take alot of things. Carp from eveyone on this damm website all day. People calling my character in question. Accusations of being a traitor. But captain kangaroo hitting the bricks is just down right emotionally exhausting.
