I know its an old one, but while sifting through various UFO videos, found this one, maybe you have seen it before, and know more about this than just the date?

From the reaction of the witness's they clearly sound very excited, and the UFO appears to drop a smaller craft, drone?

Then the rational side of me says maybe its some sort of flare of some kind.
What do you think?

Yeah either a flare, or a RC helicopter with some fireworks on it..

There was a thread with this massive flying fireball, and it turned out to be remote controled flying gimick with some fireworks attached to it..
