I strongly believe this deserves it's own thread and is important to discuss.

Please visit this website to discuss the cartoons on MSNBC regarding Myanmar protesters and how they portray them as a nation of dumb people of faith and who's lives are somewhat worthless.

As much as I detest MSNBC, it seems like this is just a collection of political cartoons from various news sources around the world. As with all such art, some of them seem to be spot on and some of them seem to miss the mark.

You lost me...

Few take as much delight in detailing MSNBC's woeful existence and irrelevance as I do... But this cartoon compilation doesn't give rise to any thoughts of racism, denigration of faith, or inferiority... The cartoons appear to be extremely critical of the Myanmar regime, with a sympathetic bent towards the general population with a nice portrayal of the Buddhist Monk's participation (and the requisite Bush bashing).

What's the problem? Pick the most offensive cartoon and post it here and let us see what you are talking about.
